Faeza
Trainer

Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Faeza Afzal is a Bangladeshi-Canadian who studied Economics and Management at the University of Oxford and achieved her Masters in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership at Bayes Business School, City University of London. She most recently worked as Commercial Director at The London School of English and is currently pursuing a Finance MBA at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology) in Seoul, South Korea.
Over the past 15 years, Faeza has worked in the education sector starting in higher education recruitment in Canada for 5 years supporting universities with their online marketing solution & recruitment strategies. She delivered a range of edtech and CRM integration projects for clients including the University of British Columbia, University of Calgary, and Concordia University. While at The London School of English, Faeza led the sales teams and managed relationships with international partners and clients including universities, banks, agents, and public sector organisations abroad. She has project managed several large-scale English for Specific Purposes training projects for organisations such as MSD Animal Health Central Europe, Ministry of Defence of Oman, and Kings College, London.
Having worked across 3 continents, Faeza is well-versed in navigating different cultural environments and leveraging her cross-cultural competence to cultivate meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients to deliver effective outcomes. She has 10+ years of team leadership as well as proven product innovation experience having successfully launched new business streams across her companies. Most recently, she implemented internal AI and system integration projects to leverage AI and optimise process capabilities for sales & operational teams at The London School of English.
